Rooms and Devices

• Create one room per training area or EMS device, each with its own name, colour and description
• Assign every session to a room, so parallel bookings can never exceed what you physically own
• Filter the calendar by room to see how well each device is used

Trainers

• Assign a trainer to each session; members see who they will train with
• Trainers get their own view of the sessions assigned to them
• Coach reports show how many sessions each trainer delivered

Session Types (Tracks)

• Separate EMS, personal training and consultations into tracks
• Restrict contracts to selected tracks so an EMS block cannot be spent on something else
